I think the successor looks to be "Friends with Better Lives".

Doesn't interest me though.....then again neither did HIMYM.

Just looked it up.

It got cancelled after 5 episodes Had an absolute disaster of ratings and viewers.

Most comments said that they tried too hard to replace HIMYM with it and people just rejected that approach. Unsurprisingly.

Find it hilarious that Fox cancelled "Surviving Jack" before it aired, and now they have a show which is well received and getting decent ratings

FFS who makes these decisions. Maybe NBC actually has a contagious disease which is spreading to the other networks.
