I've been hearing that they don't need to trade Rondo and Smart can play the 2... I don't agree. I think you have to move Rondo, I'm not trying to win 30 games and end up mid lottery. Just trade him for a 2015 1st rounder and roll with Smart and Young in the backcourt.

We'll have at least two 1sts next year hopefully we can get Jahlil Okafor. I'm really hoping the Nets fall apart after next season since we have their 2016 and 2018 1sts and can swap in 2017. Thanks to Billy King the woat GM

Smart isnt going to be good off the ball untill he gets comfortable with his shot and catching and shooting. You surely dont draft him at 6 and put him  in a position where he has to relearn everything.

He is clearly a ball dozing penetrator. Plus his size advantage is totally lost at the 2.

I think Rondo is being traded, they simply arent going to say anything because it lowers his value.

I still see the idea of Melo in Miami as a huge pipe dream as the amount they are asking him take is just unrealistic.

That and they are not on the list of teams he's supposedly meeting to decide on during Free Agency.

Yeah they probably just didn't like the offers they were getting on draft night and are fine with waiting.

If we bring back Bradley, he and Smart will wreak havoc on defense

If he tells the Knicks he is leaving and then they do a sign and trade with Miami for Bosh, he probably doesnt lose much money at all.

I'm assuming no sign and trade takes place and he just leave's as a FA.

Of course a sign and trade changes things greatly and limits the amount of teams who can get him.

Definitely ends any hope for Dallas.

Nobody is coming to play in front of 16 people in Atlanta other than at best secondary all stars (like Milsap did).

Second, they drafted that guy 16th...either they have no idea what they are doing drafting players or they are giving up on a guy incredibly early.

Yeah I don't know who they think they are getting. They probably want a SF, but their only realistic targets are Deng and maybe Parsons.
