PS+ got me crysis 3 which i've never played and know nothing about tho, so that's good. DLing now

Fez i have to admit is a clever game, would never buy it myself but it is cleverly done

Hmm always heard that the game had a mediocre gameplay but goat graphics.. always skipped the series due to other fps like cod & BF

First Crysis was great graphics and poor story but the 2nd n 3rd were huge improvement.

Don't like Crytek games in general, they are always devoid of any substance be it story or gameplay.

Their games for me are just a showcase for their cry engine and nothing more.

Definitely wouldn't pay for anything they do but I suppose free is fine.

Inb4 M99 with his list of games that prove the contrary.

Fffs they need to release MW2 for next gen. The only elite FPS.

Inb4 Phritz argues that the Crysis games are well worth playing on a $10 PC, because the graphics is so upscaled that it completely compensates for any lack of substance and overall gameplay experience.. and it's also way cheaper than a gaming console

Stretch it out over a Week hopefully, kills time until destiny so I can finally use my ps4.

If the multiplayer is still active you might be able to stretch it out.

It's basically a Sci fi cod with some unique features etc.

The multiplayer that is anyway.

I actually liked the first Crysis best. That and Far Cry are my favourite Crytek games. Gameplay on both games were excellent.

Crysis 2 was shit and 3 was a minor improvement but not by much. Still doesn't change the fact that Crysis was the Far Cry of its time and that Crysis Warhead was an improvement on that.

Also nothing will change the fact that a GTX 750Ti is 3 times cheaper than a console and just as powerful which is pathetic considering it was released a couple of months after the Xbone/PS4. If you feel paying more for the same experience is worthy then props to you.

Yeah I'll pay more to play Uncharted 4, Bloodborne, The Order 1886, Red Dead down the line...

Loved my console experiences


Loads of friends use them, Uncharteds my favourite series of all time, many PS3/Xbox exclusives have been GOAT, had a great time on your FIFAs and all that down the years with mates.

Those Lol type games don't interest me at all and I don't see why I as a person who likes games that are on consoles would go and buy a gaming PC only to not play any with mates and maybe or maybe not be able to purchase games like Uncharted/GTA.

Even when a non-exclusive major title comes out, the developer leaves PC as an after thought so you can keep your real life super graphics in whichever blockbuster title comes out next, because by the time you have it, i'll be playing the 3rd installment in the series






Long story short, the games I play and the people I like + my love of the controllers as opposed to keyboards dictates what I buy

If I liked those time sinking MMO games that you need to play 24/7 to remain 'competitive' in  then yeah i'd have a phat PC

LOL there is zero that Crysis does better than Far Cry 2 much less Far Cry 3 which shits all over it in every way imaginable.
