That career progression .
I don't suppose one of you mods could bring up Brisbane time with RG, he still hasn't added it which makes daylight savings a pain..

Everyone these days is too poor to buy a fraking house, FML. Might as well enjoy the gutter now. *bleep* houses selling for nearly 2 million in *bleep* Merrylands, wtf is this shit. Houses nearly 1 hour plus from the CBD, no proper train station within 5-10 minute drive and no really good bus routes selling for 1-1.5 mil, WTF is life.

This where Adelaide comes into its own - houses are half the price of Sydney.

Re: The Official Talk About Whatever Thread
In NSW if a L or P plate driver exceeds the speed limit by less than 10km/h they cop 4 demerit points, but if a full license driver does it they only cop 1 point
Please explain

I don't think that's correct TBH. Isn't it four for all types of offences.

Yeah but Adelaide seems like a retirement village with not much happening.

Not really, no such thing as stable in IT.
Well i live at home so it makes it so much easier to save for a deposit and be able to rent it out and pay only a portion of the mortgage. but i don't think that'll be happening soon, hopefully this over priced market crashes soon.

Re: The Official Talk About Whatever Thread
It's also 4 demerit points for an L or P to exceed the speed limit by more then 10 but less then 20km/h
Then for all other speeding bands (20-30km/h over, 30-45 over and 45+ over) everyone gets the same number of demerit points
I don't get it

Re: The Official Talk About Whatever Thread
That's to ensure younger drivers don't speed, so any speeding offence strips them of their licence?

Shit your right, i don't see why anyone should be getting demerit points for such a small offence, 5, 6 or 7 km's over the limit isn't much so i suppose 1 demerit point is fair. The only reason i could see this not applying for L/P drivers is to make sure they are more cautious at such an early phase of their driving development.
