Interesting that both Messi and Cristiano would have one less had the old system been kept, and Sneijder and Ribery one more.

Updated with 2014 results. Cristiano won both results, but Neuer got 2nd place in the "True Ballon d'Or", with Messi only obtaining 4 Media votes for 1st place.
