Lee Young-pyo Laughing

To be as good as "best leftback in the world circa Euro 2012" is respectable.

Completely forgot they had Davies, he should definitely play.

Also Dani I get that, but surely if you respect someone as good as Alba you respect him too hmm

Yeah, they don't play Davies that often, no idea why.

Speaking of bad refereeing, Giroud got booked for this:

http://arsenalist.com/f/2014-15/arsenal-vs-leicester/full-video-of-ridiculous-giroud-booking.html

I remember years of watching Rose getting called up for the England U21s by Stuart Pearce and never understanding why he was rated so highly. Was converted into a full back about five years ago and he still can't defend.

It's a good thing England have about four left backs that are much better than he is, so he should be far, far away from the squad.

Nah, I respect LYP for reaching a level far beyond what you expect from Eredivisie scrub.

Alba is a scrub and will always be a scrub. He is basically Danny Rose with a touch more speed.

Hard not to respect Alba for being a solid option on FIFA.

Bunch of knee jerk fools. lmao

He was pretty much a scapegoat as we were a mess defensively. We always are when Lucas isn't playing.

Davies has not been good enough this year when he's had the opportunities. It doesn't take away anything from the fact that Rose is a godawful player but Davies hasn't really done much to prove he's that much better.

Defensively Davies has been meh, offensively I don't know if he offers more than Rose.

Either way, a LB is desperately needed. You could see Liverpool targeting Rose all game (though I didn't see anything but the last 20 minutes)

EDIT: Agreed with Sepi that Can is a beast. I've been very impressed with him in all the games I've seen him playing.

Let's not act after one great save that Mignolet's season has been good all of a sudden. He got benched for Brad Jones. Mignolet has looked short of confidence, but he's improved in 2015, hopefully he can keep his current form up and not go back to the uncertainty of the first half of the season.

QPR finally won on the road Surprised
The relegation battle is once again so tight.

You lads had all this discussion on Rose without mentioning what made him famous in the first place. An outrageous fluke goal in his league debut against ... you guessed it, derby rivals Arsenal.

He'll be starting at LB for the next century if scum can help it.

He was damn awful till he was benched. But even during that period he made some great saves. Probably that's his biggest weakness, lack of consistency. Another problem he had was serious weakness in high-balls specially from set-pieces. This he seems to have sorted out. Now he needs to put some serious efforts in improving his distributions.

well Mignolet not being able to catch the basic crosses is because Lucas not plying in midfield  and because Rodgers is stupid Proud

Last season, Atlético Madrid (€42m) & Bayern Münich (€36.9m) together earned the same TV revenue as West Brom (€78.9m) who finished 17th!!

Thank Lucas for the TV deal eh, and I agree, Rodgers is stupid Proud
