Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Xhaka is the key in midfield
Also Weigl seems to be the permanent starter now.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Yup. Thomas Tuchel prefers 19 year old kid Julian Weigel to their 11 mio Euro buy Gonzalo Castro.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Yup. Dortmund bought him when they thought they'd lose Ilkay Gündogan, so that they'd have a ready-made replacement. Looks like Castro was severely deceived. ^^
By the way, BMG are currently in the final stages of signing 22 year old LB/LM/LW Nico Schulz from Hertha for about 3 mio Euros as Álvaro Domínguez is often injured.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Castro can play RB though when Piszcek inevitably gets injured, so it's a great signing anyway.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Quite some transfers in Germany go rather quietly. The biggest steal of the season was probably Lars Stindl for 3 mio Euros from Hannover 96 to Gladbach. If you see what that guy can do - he'd probably have cost ten times his fee in EnglandRealGunner wrote:Went under the radar

Well, he still has to gel with his defenders. Funnily, Yann Sommer made exactly the same mistake in his first match with Gladbach, too XD

Hm. That should have been offside, too. Looks like the teams are too fast for the linesmen
