2 games in & their already 5 points behind City which seems insurmountable at this stage of the season.

Another astute point. Salah wouldn't have bottled that chance, worst miss I've seen in PL history. You saw how clinical Aguero was today taking every chance he had while Hazard misses the biggest one of the game.

Jokes aside I think chelsea do need another CDM to share responsibilities with Matic. I couldn't watch the full game but i think one of the reasons Man city(apart from Aguero and silva) could beat chelsea was Fernandinho's game that turned the game in city's favor.

They could do with another creative player, at least as a back-up. Matic doesn't create chances, Ramires doesn't create chances, Fabregas only raises his level when his team is dominating and Willian is surprisingly useless in the final third for someone as talented as him. They have Hazard and Oscar and ~~both~~ one of them was missing yesterday and they already looked out of ideas.

Na Mourinho also had only 1 point from his opening two games with us in his third season. As long as Terry keeps quiet I think Chelsea can battle their way back to the title race
