Speaking of transfers, on this evidence West Ham's window hasn't been quite as good as people have made it out to be... Nordveit was awful, Töre did *bleep* all and that left-back Matsuai or whatever looked like your generic Football League full-back.

I rate West Ham's purchases of Ayew and Fegouli, but they haven't done that well aside from those two.

Calleri may turn out ok, but he didn't play.
