I dunno why i was surprised tbh, for all the bad shit around the product the PPVs have been consistently good since Mania tbh.

Payback, Extreme Rules and Money in the Bank were at least good and i'd argue they higher "great " points than this one did IMO even if this was probably more consistent.

None of them have been bad though, although i wouldn't be surprised if that changes for the brand exclusive PPVs coming up lol.

The show has been pretty decent since WM tbh. Wrestlemania 32 was crap and was a massive FU to the fans, so it doesn't surprise me that the viewers haven't come back, despite the show not being totally shit.

Last year was awful. The only enjoyable thing was the Lesnar-Taker feud.

Was more talking about the booking and the Raw's having filler due to 3 hours, i agree though.

There hasn't been many weeks when i watched it and got pissed off for doing so.

Speaking of last year though, Battleground 2015 was so bad lol.... only redeeming quality it had was Taker coming out and interrupting Lesnar vs Rollins.

Reigns losing clean on the regular now lmao.

Just looked at some clips on YouTube and why the *bleep* did they have Sasha win the title on RAW

That moment should have been saved for Summerslam, they have absolutely zero patience anymore.

WWE is evil.

This is all leading to a Road to Reignsdemption storyline. Probably upcoming Wrestlemania.

Reigns loses everything and then makes his way back. Like Cena twice in a lifetime.

Meh at least Reigns losing everything should be fun to watch. I might even start believing that Reigns is done for good.

Doubt it lol, the redemption storyline was made up fake bs.

The guy has lost 3 times in a row, he hadn't lost clean before that AT ALL.

Guy is done as the guy until he proves otherwise.

The new WWE Universal title sounds dumb tbh.

There were reports that Balor would be pushed hard when he was put on the main roster. They're wasting very little time doing so.

Rollins will win at Summerslam though.

I'm not putting it past WWE. It sounds too good to be true that Ambrose would win clean twice in a row (on SD & then Battleground).

Been hearing here that Balor's boring. I hope that's not the case. Rollins v Balor build-up is something new and looks interesting.

Was planning to do my old routine of YouTube clips until I heard this was one of the best ever RAWs.

Will watch in the evening.

They simply don't have the patience to do a long, slow build to something like that.

They'll pull the trigger too early like they always do, as seen with the Sasha stuff.

As for Balor I wouldn't call him boring but he's formulaic, in NXT he's basically been a poor mans sub 200lb version of Cena lol.

What I mean by that is he'll do nothing and do the exact same comeback signature moves to end a match.

Nah, didn't see anything wrong with Sasha winning on Raw. If she won at Summerslam it would have been "too predictable".

They were trying to set up the "new era" of Raw and did that by having Sasha and Balor win. Good on them.

Disagree, they have been building up to Sasha winning the belt since she came to the main roster.

You are going to waste that moment on a Raw lol? It should have happened at Summerslam. But they have zero patience for anything these days so i'm not surprised.

Also it was predictable anyway so that's a moot point, not to mention they kept off tv for the very reason of building towards Summerslam lol.

Let's see. I'm not getting my hopes up. When it comes to Reigns, a push is never surprising.

Oh they'll still push him lol, i just don't think the superman can't be beaten no 1 guy thing is happening again until he proves he's deserving of it.

He's still going to be a main event guy.
