Like I said none of those players outside of Payet would be wanted by Man Yoo, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea or Spurs.

L'Equipe saying Matuidi going to Juventus for 30 mil.

I know Juve fans aren't high on him... but he's a very good buy for 30 mil and will do the job. Just don't expect him to do what he's not capable of. For example, he's not a creative passer or a dribbler. He's an effort guy with a big work rate.

Flo Perez wants Sissoko while Zidane wants Matic according to Spanish media... so that's where things are mole.

I think Dortmund will jump in and pay 20-25 mil towards the end of the mercato for Sissoko if all else fails.

That's what we need from him with Marchisio out

The creative outlet in the midfield will be Pjanic

Matic is still a dream signing, he brings that "steel" to our midfield. We would be quite a physical force

Not going to pretend that i watched a single Swansea game last year , but 12 goals for a winger in his first PL season with a mid table team hardly sounds like *bleep* all . That was actually his highest scoring season if i'm not mistaken . hmm

I'm going by what he's shown with Marseille throughout the years where he proved to be a reliable goalscorer and a versatile player who can operate anywhere in the final third .

Why I said most of the season, most of those goals happened early on in very few games and then he disappeared.

Goals are not really about how many you score but when you score them, for example Wijnaldum scored 12 but about 8 of them came in 3 games lol.

Ayew is a potent finisher when he gets into scoring positions but there is more to his game than goals . If i recall correctly he went through a 6 months drought in 2013-2014 but still outshone Payet that season and was voted player of the season by many that year . Laughing

He'll shine under Bilic imo .

Damn. So apparently Real Sociadads wonder kid keeper Rulli was on loan this entire time from some team from Uruguay. The kids loan ended this summer, and City purchased him for 8M Euros and then loaned him back to Sociedad. Thought he was a Sociedad player this entire time. Smart little move by City tbh.

@windkick some random money laundering Uruguayan 2nd Division team was loaning him out. He never played a second for them. Also they pretty much just get local and SA talent and loan/sell them to Europe. Not sure why, I think a read somewhere about it being due to some tax-free/roaster loophole.

I read Valencia might actually sell him for less of the release clause just to get him off the books. They prepped the team last season and spent big banking on getting UCL moneys but they didn't. Getting Mustafi off the books is the goal, so a solid enough offer for him and he's likely gone. Wenger will obviously try to keep low balling and then some random team will come in and take him.

Also thanks for the update on the Rulli deal. Pretty crazy how shady some of the business is down in SA. I'm glad more Euro leagues aren't allowing teams to purchase players owned by third parties.
