He's actually supposed to be an attacking midfielder. One of two super-hyped youngsters of BVB, with Pulisic the other one.
Tuchel has been playing him as fullback all preseason which is indeed interesting.

It's anxiety. This is by far the biggest game he's played in. Remember that he only played his first pro game in the middle of last season. Needs to settle down. He's playing like he's too rushed.
