That defense tho
You don't go far in the woods when your back 4 looks like this. Rest of the team is OK but defense is what give you 3 points on a regular basis in Serie A. Hopefully for Milan the new management will be smarter than Galliani & friends when it comes to transfers (not a very difficult task)
Otherwise they are doomed.
150M ?
Benatia is a better option
Darmian is a better option
Fabregas is a better option
Berardi is a better option
Kessie seems legit and realistic transfer like all 4 above
Kalinic at the end of his rope/one season "wonder"
Petagna = Frosinone level at best
Sosa out
Honda out
Poli out
Montolivo good bye

No doubt the list posted in the last page was just journalists having fun anyway.
In semi-related news, Monchi confirmed that they are interested in Kessie.

Juventus are leading the race to sign Keita. They've been in contacts with his agent Roberto Calenda in the last days. (Fabrizio Romano)
Juventus executives have made it clear to his agent that they see Keita as a key player if he arrives in the summer. (Fabrizio Romano)

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is being linked to Chelsea, i do not know anything about him. What do the Serie A followers think of him? What kind of player is he and compares to?

GDM wrote:Milan is targeting Alvaro Morata for their attack. However, Chelsea and most notably, Manchester United, are also after the player. But Morata's partner could push for a move to Italy. For this reason, Milan still remains a possibility. If Milan is unable to purchase Morata (or Aubameyang), then the target will become a Serie A striker. Nikola Kalinic is a possibility.
Lukaku>Chelsea 50m
Griez>United 90m

Sergej is one of the young players that @ES and I can agree on, I think . Very low risk transfer target but expensive since Lazio aren't forced to sell and won't want to (they are selling Keita).
He is the creative midfielder in the midfield 3 of Lazio (Parolo-Biglia-Sergej). Tall (1.90m) and physical so he puts in his shift of defensive work while specializing in the more attacking duties. Carrying the ball forward, dribbling, through balls.
100% sure that if Conte signs him he will play the role Pogba did for him, since Lazio's midfield 3 functions as a worse version of Conte's Juve midfield. Parolo=Vidal, Biglia=Pirlo, Sergej=Pogba. Except that Sergej has more creative duties and Biglia less.

Appreciate the insights.
Definitely one of the more intriguing players we have been linked with.

Kalinic has come a long way from GOAT league flop, but spending 40m or so on a 29 year old is probably unwise.
Keita to my Juve? are we not going to give Pjaca a chance? @S please respond
what's with our youth players/signings being complete duds as of late

Of course he's gonna get a lot of chances. We do not have many options on the wings and having two young talented wingers to deputise our starters would be great. Not to mention Dybala needs a backup too so plenty of game time for both.
Let's remember that we'll have a lot of games to play next season with supercup, Club world cup and all as we aim to clinch our maiden sextuple next year.
Our red devils team could learn a thing or two from how Juve manages the squad. I'm still bitter about us wasting €90M on a wannabe like Martial imo.

Manchester United are now targeting Atlético's Jan Oblak as their next keeper, if David De Gea does eventually leave. (Source: Independent)
Not sure he'd be ideal as he's not been that impressive off late. Would much more prefer Hart as I continue to endorse a strong British core for us.
Fapped to the rumor of linking Dier to us. Really hope it happens.

Pjaca will still get plenty of time. Its like S said, we need more players in attack. Right now our only option is a 17 year old.

Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette has opted for a move to Atletico Madrid this summer according to RMC.
The striker has long been touted as a potential Arsenal signing and the news will come as a blow to the Gunners, with Atleti reportedly set to pay €40 million for the striker.

Re: 2017/18 Summer Transfer Rumors Mk. I
Looks like my Juve will sell one of their best players to a Manchester side for the second season running if that Alex Sandro news is legit. That's a lot of money for a club like Juve and I can see Sandro having his head turned at the wages they will offer + the chance to play in the best league in the world. Would be a loss since Sandro is so good but there are plenty of good players in his position to be signed for 20m or less. Looking forward to seeing Ghoulam in Turin.
