Firmino is just at a different level, The way Klopp uses him is so intelligent most people fail to notice his value to the system.

He's a good rotation player for Pool, nothing more. We will not achieve anything if he's our main starting striker again next season.

I agree. I wish he got more goals than he does but his all round game has always been good.

Hans has been on Firmino's back all the time, I just assume he refuses to be intelligent due to some personal agenda against Firmino.

No it hasn't. His all around game has been so inconsistent. there are games where his first touch is a defensive clearance and he loses the ball every time he touches.

Then there are very few games where he looks unplayable.

The 2 consistent things FIrmino does is great pressing and a lot of movement. That's it. Everything else is inconsistent as shit.

He's not anywhere near as important or as good as Mane or Coutinho.

11 goals 11 assists in all competitions when his actual position is SS and not a target man, Including nearly 2 months played out wide.

Numbers without context don't really mean much.

Firmino fails the eye test for 4 of every 5 matches. He's great when he's having a good game but at best he's a rotation player and not a starter.

Agree .

You of all people know how Firmino's numbers line up for the team considering you were doing the stats during the start of the season. Im not talking about numbers like Lukaku's fraud 21 goals in the PL this season.

He's irreplaceable atm and the fact Liverpool fans have a problem with him is actually laughable considering Mignolet, Klavan, Lovren, Can, Milner are still able to start matches consistently for us.

We'll sign a striker next season, Klopp will play a 4-2-3-1.


Firmino will not get dropped and he'll continue to excel while being a eye sore for the people who want skills etc

But that's the thing Hank, none of Mignolet, Klavan, Lovren, Can, and Milner should be starting if Liverpool want to win anything.

It's not just Firmino.

Outside of Mane, Coutinho, and Matip we have no game changers.

The reason Firmino's name is brought up more often because Cf is the most important position on the pitch and he plays there.

That's an assist per game in his last 5, He's contributed to 2 goals and 4 assists in Liverpool's last 6 games while not playing in One game.

He is starting the games right now because in current system he suits us more than Origi and Sturridge.
