Re: La Liga Discussion 2017/18
Ronaldo is our only goalscorer we can rely on, the ONLY one. Benzema is shit,Bale is shit.
we are everything else, but goalscorers. this is a game where morata would have scored 2 last season, but we did not value his contribution and failed to replace him.

Re: La Liga Discussion 2017/18
if anything has been clear, it's that Madrid won the league and games in general last season due to those lucky last minute goals from Sergio Ramos! I can't even count how many games Madrid won/drew last season simply by good fortune of Ramos being at the right place at the right time. Zidane is gonna be exposed for the fraud he really is this season.

This is going to be one of those seasons where we win the league easily with 100 something points because Madrid has already surrendered and in the CL we're going to get hammered. Roura season 2.0 incoming, right?

The only thing getting exposed this season is Bale and Benzema.
I'd gladly take a 4th place finish if it resulted in Zidane staying and those two leaving. But I doubt we'll get that happy ending.

Barcelona got rid of Neymarketing, pocketing ridiculous amounts of money. You would win the best league in the world and you signed Dembele which means you automatically have Sports' support. What more you want man?

I missed the match. I see that the end result was 1-1, which makes me wonder which one of our defenders or midfielders scored that one goal? Asensio?

Lucas. A tap in from a corner after Ramos had his header initially saved. Essentially was a repeat of Valencia last week where we had numerous chances and could not finish at all. By we, I mean Bale.

We could say a defender from our team scored an own goal. He tried to 360 no scope the ball and lost his man.

Such an opportunistic comment I don't know how you can call this the best Madrid of all time. You're just saying that to make yourself feel better about the current state of Barca. Also, how long are you going to use "worst Barca in ages" as an excuse for everything?

He is a PSG fan nowadays so it doesn't actually carry the same weight as it used to.

Well, as a tax fraud fan, I'm not surprised that he's taking jabs at RM, but he'll look just as silly 5 years from now when he still argues that Barca didn't win anything because it's the "worst Barca side in ages".

There is a statistical term called "regression to the mean".
I'm not gonna use it, I'm just gonna makes sure it's out there and leave it here

After 3 games, I suppose all this is necessary.

Re: La Liga Discussion 2017/18
I think last year RM drew 3 games in a row in September so they have nothing to worry about. Barcelona will lose points too sooner than later, maybe even tonight.
When I seen their starting XI, I already knew they'd lose at least a point though

Longer term than 3 games. Think in seasons.

Even Atletico were held to a draw. Barcelona should take advantage of this to put themselves in a more relaxed position.

Relaxed position? Isn't this like third game of the season or something?

Relaxed ain't the same as dominant, to me anyway. For the very least, no one would be talking about doom and gloom once you guys win against Espanyol.

Another wonderful post by @CBarca, the newest in a long line of wonderful posts. Could not agree more. I will use it if that's ok.
Also, where the hell is Dembélé? I was willing to watch Barca just for him but instead I have to watch *bleep* Deulofeu
