tbf Scholes is a shocking pundit. Was listening to him yesterday, no idea how he gets hired when he takes a minute to spit out a point and stutters over himself for 30 seconds.

Most ex footballers are terrible pundits. Lampard is good though.

Because he's an ex player, the media is obsessed with filling up spots with idiots because they played the game.

That's certainly true for United pundits, Neville aside. Some of the worst are former Utd players.

Neville is awful as well IMO, only gets praise because he looks like he actually gives a damn.

Doesn't make him good though.

Nah Neville is good. One of the better ones. Maybe better as a co-commentator than a pundit but he is better than 95% of them

The only pundit I like is probably Keown and Carragher.

It's relative, he's good compared to the others still woefully inept imo.

Not to mention he's prone to go on mindless rants which make no sense.

sacked in a month at best. He rested players against chelsea so that they can beat Newcastle at home Laughing That went well.

Man is a moron, how he still has the job is beyond me.

Other than Pardew at Newcastle I genuinely can't think of someone else who has survived so long while genuinely breaking records of the bad kind.

So I heard Puncheon and Dann might be out for the rest of the season from injury (both got injured from tackling KdB) and de Bryune is available for the Watford game.

Pardew got you 5th, had you surviving in the PL, and after he left you got promptly relegated.

Put some respek on his name.

This is between 5th and when he left....

Aka the worst 3 year run in our history, with one of our most talented squads.

Stop talking about 5th pls, it was quite obviously a fluke and is completely irrelevant.

Besides George Burley took Ipswich to 5th once doesn't mean he's not an utter fraud.

Good to see Mole's still triggered Proud

It's because Pardew touched the heart of Newcastle fans like no other. Deeply emotional.

But you are able to ignore Mclaren getting you relegated?

Pardew did the best he did with what he had IMO. Easily in top 3 Newcastle legends alongside Shearer and Santiago Munez.

McClaren wasn't even in the same league in terms of hatred tbh, he was just an incompetent man who just wasn't good enough.

Sure he did get us relegated, but i don't hate him.

I have explained the reasons why i hate Pardew so much and i don't really wish to go through it again lol.

How come you hate Pardew so much Mole?

Isn't it because deep down you're dissapointed and sad? You had high hopes for Pardew, he was doing great work, yet he wasn't backed by your owner nor fans and then left you of his own accord.

The jist of it is he made me hate football, i stopped watching for 2-3 years because of how he made me feel.

He made me and many other Newcastle actively want our team to lose.

Explaining it any further would take a long, long time. I'm not being funny but there's a reason why every fan who ever had him as manager actively despises him.

It's just he's very good at putting on his slimy used car salesman act so the media loves him regardless.

Where there's hate , there's love bro. We all know you were deeply in love with him when he took you to heights you never imagined. When that same guy turns into a train wreck and sabotages the progress of your team, it's going to be hard to digest for any fan seeing your beloved coach flopping in front of your eyes. I know that feel. I know you still love him inside and want him to take over once again so he could recreate the magical days.

This is what my United has taught me. I was such a deeply obsessed hater almost to the point that I was lashing out my anger at my fellow fans like Frenzy and Glory every day until I realized that this obsession was just was nothing but love and pure passion for the United cause.

I have now made peace with the fact that I love my United. Wish you also come out of your illusion, drop your ego and make peace with the fact  that you're a Pardew fanboy yourself. Peace bro.

You had 1 more shot on target than them last night and just 5 total so I'd be wary of calling a keeper good with that low a statistic TBH

Pardew's brilliant.

But I must say it's starting to feel a little weird seeing these old warhorses Moyes, Allardyce and Pardew still going from one club to the next. The PL could use some fresh British managers. Dyche and Howe need to go to Man United and Arsenal respectively, imo.

A bit surprised Pulis went to Middlesborough, btw.

Na, He's been relatively good this season, Also was confident of beating Burnley away even while playing Solanke upfront. We'll finish 2nd above you comfortably, Your 10 points lead down to 3 already and scored a huge number of goals more than you already :coffee:
