one thing I'm sure we can all agree on is that Morata is the worst big money striker signing in the PL since Carroll

Proving ourselves now? as shit as we are, we've been second almost the entire season. Beat Spurs, Beat Arsenal, Beat Chelsea, drew against Loserpool away, narrowly lost to City by two lucky goals. We've nothing to prove in comparison to the rest of the league (besides City). We're just shit by our own standards.

I'm srs btw, season won't get better than this for Loserpool, so celebrate while you can imo

It really only lasted a day.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's competitive tbh, Pep teams don't like playing against teams who try to keep the ball.

That first part was never true tbh, I've defended him more than most but he was never been better than Xavi.

i did not say better than Xavi, who can possibly think that

although, these players who peak at 20 and are semi retired by 26 are an interesting case study. Guys like Benzema, Cesc, Owen most famous, they reached the top of football in their first 1 or 2 seasons, then slowly crashed down to earth. Hope my boi Mbappe wont suffer that fate.

Morata is rubbish that's why Zidane never played him, i genuinely thought he would be better but his coaches never trust him a 100%, something about him i guess. his next club will be one of the lower london clubs or he will return in la liga to play for Valencia or Sevilla, clubs like that. He is a Negredo level talent

@Nishankly

only top 6 opposition you've beaten so far this season were City and Arsenal right?

We've beaten Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs

keep telling me how you're a better team than us though

the stats and figures don't lie son, feels shitty to be bragging about being the second best team in the league, but it's clear we are and have been all season.

I agree on him being a Negredo lvl talent, which isn't bad at all, but not the elite player that certain (JUVE) fans were proclaiming him to be. Which was always wild since he was never even nailed on for them. I still think you genuinely rated him too though :coffee: Either way Madrid made out like criminals by selling him.
