What’s particularly strange about it is that while they acquired a competent defender in Schlotterbeck, which is something they haven’t managed since Hummels was playing under Klopp, the rest of the team is probably the most mediocre, quality-wise that they’ve had in at least a decade now.

I do like their manager, but no one rates him and he doesn’t seem to overcomplicate things. All things considered, it makes no sense that they would be able to beat teams like, PSG or Bayern. And yet, they’ve beaten both.

It is still entirely possible BVB shit themselves. PSG look toothless so far despite hitting the post twice. Ramos is a poor presence.

The English commentators have mentioned multiple times that 4 or 5 PSG shots have hit the post in both legs, suggesting that some sort of injustice has occurred. I don’t see the point in mentioning it over and over again. Those shots only have sentimental value.

I feel happy for Mbappe himself personally actually, finally away from PSG n can fulfil his full potential at Real playing with top teammates.

Nacho was faced with a similar situation against Cadiz but he chose to trust Tibu who saved the 1v1. What a rookie error but then again this guy has caused many penalties and red cards so far this season. So nothing out of the ordinary
