Looks like they'll have some money to spend. Desperately in need of CMs and Fullbacks, as otherwise they actually have a decent team. Need more depth to cope with Europe as well, their season will start in July, so expect them to re-group sooner rather than later.

What was the story behind his departure. 6 months before he left, we inquired, and Bruce said, he won't go for less than 20M and bad-mouthed Rafa. A few months later and he was gone for 8M.

Kenwynes problem is that he is a typical Caribbean. Very chilled back and relaxed.

Bruce took this as a sign of laziness and thought he wasn't playing to his full potential. Felt he couldn't motivate him.

The other main issue is that he was a player Keane signed. Bruce wanted his own team.

It was such a mistake for us to sell him because of the way players brought in by Bruce ,like Bent & Gyan forced moves for them selfs.

Kenwyne was happy here and his family were settled. In fact they still are, his wife is a student at Durham uni and his kids go to school around here.

Kenwyne him self still spends allot of time up here still I often see him around in his range rover.
