Instead of given any penalties to barca or madrid for the outcome of supercopa, they actually open a case on wenger because he used his mobile under the champions league match between arsenal-udinese...

One happened during a UCL qualifier while the other happen in the context of Spain's La Liga. You need to talk to the LFP, not UEFA. UEFA can instruct the LFP it what measures can be taken but I don't think they could actually intervene officially...

English Fa rules and Uefa rules are different....

and if Wenger is telling the truth...which he probably is Uefa have hired some really stupid people....first tell him it's ok but later saying no after he has done all of it

btw Wenger didn't use his cellphone the first team coach did who was sitting next to Wenger

Really? You think Supercopa is under Uefa's jurisdiction? Honestly, do some research, before you post such a claim. I do agree with you that Wenger being charged by UEFA is a bitch move, but it has NOTHING to do with Barca/Real. Make a separate post regarding that.

It won't, starting from this season any suspension/offense will only be met in the same competition it happened in. Its a new rule set by the RFEF & LFP. Read it on marca yesterday.
