Vidal dreams of Italian title
Arturo Vidal has the Scudetto on his mind after joining Juventus from Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
“The squad is strong, as is the Coach,” the international explained. “We want to reach the level of Milan and Inter.
“We want to win the League.”
The Chilean joined the club in a €10.5m deal and he showed his ability in the Trofeo TIM on Thursday, during which he found the back of the net against Milan.
“I’m very happy to have debuted in this glorious Juventus shirt,” continued the former Colo Colo man. “I also scored.
“I have understood how the team play and what the Coach wants from us.
“I played in a variety of roles last night, but I’m calm about the situation. I give my best in the middle and I hope to play there, but I’ll do what the Coach requests.”
Boss Antonio Conte was more than happy with Vidal’s contribution in Bari after his Copa America exploits this summer.
“He’s barely spent two days with us, but his quick understanding of the way we play has greatly impressed me,” Conte noted.
“He’s a good player, he makes an important contribution and gives us quality breaking forward. He must get to know the squad, but he’s an excellent signing and I need to thank the club for that.”

I really like Vidal. Off the pitch he says all the right things and on the pitch he gives his all.

Not our home/away formation, but my picture of the options for Conte.. Notice there's both a 4-2-2 and a 4-3-3
