6 of U-19 England starting XI players are from Liverpool academy....and 4 in U-21 (Kelly, Spearing Carroll all injured, and now Henderson), pretty dominant.

Yes of course. We only need to look at how many CL final winners were from the cantera to determine that Barca's youth development is nothing special at all. It was only Valdes, Pique, Puyol, Busquets, Iniesta, Xavi, Pedro & Messi!

To be honest, he hasn't really lived up to expectations at all.
He was on loan with championship side Norwich and did OK there, but didn't light the place up like Liverpool fans were hoping for. He can still come good but personally I think we overrated him.
