I lol'd at this line : "However, none of the footballers in the study used more than 1% in advanced words."

What would they consider as "advanced words" though?

Looks like we are lucky that we have quite some players in Germany who have the Abitur (A-Levels) - heck, many of them even study at the university after their active career!

LOL, no surprise considering scandinavians and too some extent, the dutch speak more fluent english then the creators of the language itself.
