Van Gaal was an exception. He brought up Muller and Badstuber, developed Schweini into best CM in the world. The only downside was his character.

SAF is overrated.Manu were nowhere to be seen until he started spending big. His money ran out, see his team get worse again. 2 CL titles in 20 years, I don't think more proof is needed.St_Nick09_of_Goal wrote:Can you beat SAF at anything nowadays?

Jupp Heynckes is pretty good in developing young talent, too. And what Kloppo has managed to achieve with his bunch of kids is definitely not shabby either.
