Laudrud is actually a great coach. He had an impressive entrance to the coaching scene succesfully managing Getafe beyond expectations, then wins an historical trophy for Swansea. I can totally sympathize with Shed's appreciation of him tbh.

Not sure what it has to do with anything in this thread, but I'll assume it's an attempt to impeach my judgement re managers. And with respect to that, it looks like I was right on the money. Zero trophies, a lost final, 1 Chamions League finish, and only to be dumped out at first asking in a comically navigable group. Has them playing well and doing better than they're accustomed to, but little else to show in almost 3 years. He'll never get a better chance to win the league than was teed up for him on a silver platter last season, and he/they still managed to blow it, and ended up not even finishing top 2. Top notch prognostication by me yet again.
