City alone topping the BPL

First time this year i think, after more than a month of football, Man City is aloe topping the BPL.

They have a two points lead on Man Utd.

Destroyed Villa and Cristiana Agbonglahor with their B side.

Blue moon rising? seems like it...

At least you waited until the game is over this time

And yet they're heading for the Europa league

wont even qualify for knockout stages

Arsenal is in trouble

Manchester City still have chance of qualifying for Cpl group stage, the group is still very open....

United had a harder fixture list than City.So City only ahead by 2 pts is still adv. United imo

It's today a fact that they are on top of the EPL.

I didnt call them the best team in England, but they are currently topping they EPL, disagree?

theyre only 2 points ahead which should be disappointing considering the fixture list thus far of the big 2

This is Chelsea last season all over again *sigh*

Not every team starting good is chelsea last season.Chelsea last season suffered because they didnt replace the players they let go in last summer like Ballack , Cole (decent sub ) Deco and co.So they struggled when hit with injuries.But City have a great squad depth to suffer anything like that.

THey lost to Bayern at Alianz Arena but do u think Napoli are going to do much better? I very much doubt it.


The only underachieving result they had so far is draw with Napoli.But if they go and grind out a draw in Napoli then they will be favourites ahead of Napoli.Also they can certainly grind out a 0-0 at Napoli atleast have the players too.

Having said i would love Napoli to qualify ahead of City but still have very good chance.

The only decent team they've faced so far this season is Spurs and they were in turmoil at that point in the season.

Well, I guess we will see more after the next matchday. But I think Napoli has a better chance to proceed to 2nd place than ManCity. City still has to play in Italy.

Look at the differences against teams played.
Man United has played against:
Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool.
Man City has played against:
Spurs.

They are top of the table at the moment though.

If Aguero gets injured, City are WORSE off than last year because they won't be playing Tevez either. The squad is exactly the same lackluster, boring, unimpressive squad of last season bar the new additions. If they get injured, like Chelsea's players did, then City will end up with the same fate. I don't see the difference. Just because they spent so much on players doesn't mean they'll perform. They were struggling to perform last season and the same might happen when the injuries kick in this season.
