Am I the only one who feels that this freedom is what makes the game stand out?
I mean I’m level 35 and barely touched the main quest. And I didn’t do so because I was wondering around making errands. Fraction side quests have been more than interesting.
This game has so much to do and barely a few things feel unnecessary

I havent played it for about a month or two now

The game is fantastic nonetheless but it has lost a bit of its shine for me. I never felt like I was getting anywhere in the game. I would do a quest, but it just felt like such an incredibly small and insignificant part to the whole game.

Also, no multiplayer. I'm not saying its a bad thing but 90% of big games these days have multiplayer (or co-op). Just to keep things interesting.

The only questlines I haven't completed are the main one and the Mages one, and both of them are within a couple hours of being done. I have reading week this week for university - I will make sure I put it to good use and beat this game! Studying is for the weak.

I am the god of Skyrim at this point.

Arch-mage, member of the Bard's College, leader of the Dark Brotherhood, leader of the Thieves Guild, "leader" of the Companions, led the Imperial Legion through Windhelm, finished the main quests, have all of the Daedric artifacts, am Thane of all holds.

I start fights at the Thalmor Embassy for fun.

When I finished the final story quest (which I saved for last) I was around level 58, I think. Now I'm at 69.

:p

I’m 45 and barely into the main quest.

This game is spamming quests on every corner and they rarely look uninteresting

Just picked it up for the PC.

Far and away superior to the console versions in just about every way from what I've seen of it so far.

Meh you’ll have to connect your TV screen with an HDMI cable, buy a remote controller and don’t get me started if you have a desktop instead of a laptop.
P.S. yeah it’s better on the PC and yeah my PC sucks so I play it on PS3…

So I finally bought Skyrim today. I've chosen to be a Nord cos I don't want to look like a cat or lizard for the rest of my skyrim life.

Anything you guys wish you could have done early in the game? So far I'm not THAT impressed

I'm a Redguard and now have Vampirism. Pretty sure I need to get a black soul gem and fill it with an evil soul to cure myself. That's my morning basically.

Just use any shrine in the first couple of days and it'll cure it for free.

Skeleton Key is ridiculously OP.
Is it of much benefit giving it back? I'd much rather keep it.....

i gave it back and regret it so much, there is nothing to gain from continuing through the theives guild

was so much better in oblivion, you only had ot do one simple quest and you could keep the skelleton key

You can get a perk that gives you indestructible lockpicks anyway without too much effort. The Skeleton Key doesn't provide that much of a benefit once you get that.
