Regardless of how good he is, RVP is a super injury prone player and Arsenal is in a rebuilding phase, again.
Isnt there value to have an equally talented young player you can slowly build the club around for many years to come? He is not yet as good as RVP, but there is 0 doubt he will become at the very least, just as good.

the guy is a ledg at the club, we all know benz has amazing talent, but you asked if we would swap him. and we are saying no because he is our captain and the type of character we dont want to lose at arsenal atm.

No, because we need his experience and leadership now more than ever due to our rebuilding stage. He's also in beast form and seems to have surpassed his injury problems.
We'd like to have him for 25m, though.

It's not about fair trade at this point. Selling RVP atm at any price ( or for any player) would only do more harm than good imo. He's the last icon of the club until someone else steps up, his presence on & off the pitch is needed.

I would do it because we are going to loose RVP on a free anyway so it's a risk worth taking.

From what i've seen, Benzema runs hot and cold. Only thing that stops RVP topping goalscoring records annually is injury, When fit, the guy is as good as anyone in Europe
Plus, as soon as RVP went and Benz came in, he'd immediately become shit/no talent/poor finisher etc. because we're Arsenal

Well, very often, we forget that despite how amazingly talented those young players are, they are still YOUNG, and will fall victim to inconsistency and drop of form sometimes. *Dont read it too loud, it will ruin arguments around here...*
But in truth, benzema has been in great form since february, 2011 has been very successful for him. I think he boasts similar numbers to RVP actually
