They'v been RELATIVELY rich recently.
They were owned by Thaksin Shinawatra, the Thailand prime minister, and spent over 30 million in one season.

Shinawatra owned them for just one season before selling to Dubai.Before that they just like west brom's of the world financially.IIRC they were even in 3rd tier of championship not long before.

How does this exactly make them always considered "rich"?
