Ornstein and Smough ffs

Ornstein & Smough will incur that reaction in anyone.


Such a brutal but absolutely brilliant battle it is I was surprised I finished it even after the 50th try.

My technique was to incur laser focus, perform the battle while doing literal half splits at level with the TV (I am more vigilant when standing) and remember not to rush the end as I am sure most of us do in the final strokes of the sword to both.


I decided to kill Smough first and I would recommend that for its reward as well at the end.


Most memorable battle of all time for me along with The End character in MGS3.

O&S gone.

Btw did you get the Firekeeper soul back? In the room where it says "Black Orb is shaking" or something like that. You're supposed to use the Black Orb from your inventory at that point. Its the room right before Ornstein & Smough.

Used my black orb and went in to avenge the fire keeper. Long story short the bitch stays dead.

So after three days of WWE 2k 20 we back to DS. Please don't judge me. And yes it's a bad game. Please don't don't waste your hard earned money on it. I enjoyed it because I am lame af. Catacombs it is then.

I know Blighttown gets the hate but Catacombs and Sens Fortress are much worse areas imo.

I can speedrun blighttown in minutes to get out of it. Catacombs are disgusting. Sen fortress made me rage quite few times

There is a thin line between challenging and annoying. Game crosses that line at catacombs imo.

Blighttown gained infamy because of framerate issues in 360 and PS3. It slowed down the game and you'd get yeeted by a troll to oblivion or poisoned for the thousandth time while the game was running as slow as a demotivated Ozil. The remastered version does not have that problem.

Sen's Fortress with the traps is my worst area of the game ffs
