Hendrix is correct, in a sense. I'm not Spanard yet I support Valencia who are Villareal and Lenvante's main rivals. Yet I don't feel any hostility towards Villareal or Levante when they play against us.

Not because of you r not spanish, but you probably ( i am assuming) didnt grow in Madrid, therefore it is harder to feel the rivarly. For ex. This is not a international rivarly like for ex. Arsenal and Chelsea where the two teams are competing for a similar position etc. There is a huge stature difference between Atleti and Real, therefore it is harder for international supporters to feel the rivalry. I just get the feeling that real fans rather than actually feeling the rivarly just feel obliged to believe that ohhh....they are our rivals..we should hate them. I hope i am getting my point across, sorry if i have confused u.

There is a limit hispano

i am not sure we hate getafe, or rayo for that matter

but pathetico (or Atletico Madrid to please some people) have just been hated from us for a long time that i wasnt even born when it started

Sevilla, Sporting and Sevilla are also hated dont know what hendrix is on about here, acting as if his team is the only victim

we get called evil madrid by barca fans

we call them cules

Manchester City are called shitty(*hint* doesnt mean that they are sh*t *hint*)

thats just to name a few

It is so sad to see that you didn't even get the *bleep* point I am trying to make. I dont care if you call my team Pathetico, it doesn't make a diff in my life. My point was purely based on the fact that it is harder to feel such a domestic rivalry when most of you guys are international supporters. Please refer to one of my earlier posts. I cant be bothered to waste my time on you.

More whining. Insults and names are a friendly part of the game, and we have full right to call Atleti whatever the hell we want the way weve kept them under our feet all these years. Hell, I dont even dislike Atletico. They always have a good squad, so in Europe and sometimes even in La Liga, I support them! That doesnt mean I cant call them Patetico.

I don't call them Pathetico, but I don't mind them saying it tbh

It's the internet, and it's the way things are done here. If Goal Legacy is gonna stop calling them Pathetico, then we gotta also stop saying Refcelona, spuds, Manure utd. or whatever, you get the point.

And to be honest, after a while of refcelona, it tickles me. Bantering between clubs, as said, is part of what fans do. And it will take away a lot of fun from the forums if we get rid of that.

What else is there, if not that? Just watching games and talking about the games and possible transfers. That's way too respectable for my liking. This place should be a place to discuss (hopefully respectably but not always), talk to people on the other side of the world, and also have fun. This is part of the fun.
