In close control and running at defenders, Robben is the clear #2 in my opinion.

In losing their marker? Schweinsteiger, easily. Possibly even better than Messi. CMs and DMs try to crowd him out in the middle especially but he always gets out somehow, its truly amazing.

Sanchez not yet, although he has the potential to be an even better dribbler than Messi himself. 2nd would be robben, then iniestia, the rest I can agree

Not yet is not a correct word. after the age of 12-14 nothing changes in your dribbling abilities, and by age you loose it. You can train and work hard like CR but at the end people will not see you as a true dribbler. it must be in your DNA.
more younger you are better dribbler you are.
messi is the same dribbler as he was 5 years old

Robben is not a Great dribbler, is not very effective, always does the same thing

Ben Arfa has great dribbling ability, but also use it in situations where it should not and often lose the ball.

Suarez is the second best in the wolrd for me, Iniesta has a better technique but not have a great speed.

Muriel has a dribbling very effective.

Suarez and Muriel have a dribbling similar to that of Ronaldo(r9),
obviously with less fancy

Lucas Moura is up there with Messi. The likes of Iniesta, Suarez, Gotze, Marcelo etc in the second tier.
