I hope Leverkusen beat Gent

and Valencia beats Chelsea, it is very possible considering how terrible their defense is.......

Just so Leverkusen can top the group.

I Hope Basel also beat United that will be so so so so nice

and lastly Man City are already out to Europa cup.

In spite of losing out overall in the two games against Valencia, a win for the Werkself against Chelsea would be enough to secure progress even if Bayer 04 cannot equal the London club’s score. Chelsea and Valencia meet each other on the last matchday and if the match ends all square the two clubs would only draw level with Leverkusen (all teams would have nine points). With sides level on points, the number of points from the group games between the relevant teams is decisive - Bayer 04 would be ahead on six points.

Bayer 04 is already though no matter what.......Even if they lose 99:0...they're already though

And then Valencia can go through even if they draw but the draw has to be a goalscoring draw....0:0 will see Chelsea go through like Sepi said

Why are Bayern Leverkusen through, they loss 2:0 to Chelsea away and won 2:1 at home, and loss 3:1 to Valencia away and won 2:1 at home.

So if Chelsea and Valencia draws and Leverkusen loss to gent all three teams will have 9 point each, so Chelsea and Valencia will go through because they both had better home record than Leverkusen.

if genk beat leverkusen and chelsea draw with valencia, leverkusen will be knocked out because their h2h is poorer than both of theo thers , or alternatively gd which is also not as good as the others

Levekusen has got 6 points from 2 gamecs vs CFC and VCF

if Chelsea and Valencia draw, they'd both have 5 points from 3 way head to heads.

Bayer was founded in 1904. All German football clubs (or sport clubs in general) with a number have their founding year in it. Like 1860 München, Schalke 04 (from 1904, too), BVB 09 Dortmund (1909) etc. RWO was founded in 1904, too, BTW.

You can see it in the club logos even:

i agree with this.. have the same doubt..why would leverkusen go through considering they have a worse h2h record

The old one is much cooler, imo. The colours make it nicely intimidating.

The current one is just too simple in every aspect, like a last minute hang-over submission "this will have to do".

Yea, but Valencia played better throughout. Better chances, better possesion. Fairest score imo wouldve been 2-2.

Aside from the two goals, and the header stopped by Diego Alves, they didnt do much
