What should RealMadrid do to compete against Barca in the future?

1- Sack Mourinho
2- New President ( NO Perez )
3- Bring Del Bosque back
4- Give chance to youth (castilla) & think about building a team for the future..
example: Carvajal, Sarabia, Morata, Jese..

5- New Players?
5.1 Swap Cristiano & Silva
5.2 Buy a RB, best possible option ( would be perfect but don't think would happen)
LAHM
5.3 Backup CB
5.4 DM or at least backup for Khedira

Casillas
Lahm Pepe Ramos Coentrao
Alonso Khedira
Silva Ozil Kaka
(Higuain/Benzema)

- Sahin & Alonso should rotate, until Sahin is ready to takeover..
- same goes with Sarabia/Dimaria/Callejon? ( he Sarabia didn't succeed, Hazard/Neymar could be gd buy for madrid maybe? or Jese?)
-etc..

Worse players on RM, sounds like a plan.

Not necessarily the solution but they should start promoting their promising youths and rely less on buying players in their prime.

You have to ask yourself where would Madrid be in the table without Ronaldo's goals?( they certainly would'nt have as many points as they do)

Yes he tends to bottle it against Barca,but you only play Barca twice out of 38 games......

Giving our youth more chances isn't a bad idea considiring our youth can produce as good players as Barca if we only gave just as much trust and chances Barca does. (my opinion)

Perez & mou's philosophy doesn't include giving chance to youth or develop themm..
this is why i said delbosque ( or any former realmadrid player who can put a system that suits realmadrid) + give chance to youth/develop them ( if they don't succeed than u can go search for players from outside)..
Spain has lots of talents, especially now, this generation..

I'm sure Realmadrid can score as much goals as they do with or without c.ronaldo..
valencia (3-6), bilbao (0-3) [last season] zagreb (2-6), ajax (0-3) [this season] etc..
realmadrid create lots of chances, & benzema/higuain/kak are gd enough to convert these chances..
u need a team player who can perform in big games, not just against teams weaker than madrid..

why should we focus of youth right at this moment? what's the strategy behind it? are they going to beat barca with youth?

Compete? They can still win the league and CL..one loss doesnt erase all the good work they done till now.

IMO, u can't win against this Barca [in other words beat them while playing better football] with this menatlity that realmadrid players has.
i'm not speaking about the 1-0 win, cuz even teams like numancia/getafe/kazan did it once it by parking the bus, playing 10 games against this team, sure u have the chance to win once..

u need players who will fight for realmadrid pride, not for their own benefits..
mourinho wants to win trophies to improve his CV, so does Cristiano ..

so essentially you are saying that to beat you we need to have a team of youth players ready to die for madrid?

mentality was the issue, but not the kind you describe. Ronaldo flopped his game, he cares, maybe he cares too much, put too much pressure on himself, and he flops.
