We have many knowledgeable posters here, so yay or nay on Pique as a SW? The 3-4-3 made me wonder and although the SW isnt really used nowadays, Pep has a knack for converting a player successfully.

He's already a sweeper-esque player already. He has the ball control and the passing ability. With Guardiola and his own ability I don't have a doubt in my mind.

Like CBarca said he already is a sweeper.

I mean if people are calling him piquenbauer, there has to be a damn good reason for that.
