In today's market i would say that he is. He is a dangerous goalscorer, his shot makes him a threat from any position; he can create his own shots, and threatens on FKs. He can assist as well, he is definitely a player that can put up numbers, assists and goals.

He is very effective and decisive in the final 3rd, and he has a bit of silverware to prove his worth.

And he has technical abilities to force down the D line and push the attack from the midfield to opposing box.

Hulk at Chelsea would be sick.

If Sanchez, Aguero and Falcao are worth what they went for (and I think they are/look like they will be) then I think more 30m is reasonable for Hulk.

I hope this deal never happens.
