I spend atleast 7 months of the year in Africa, but last i remember it was HI tv and supersport, and they don't show all the games, not in Serie A or La Liga atleast... And it was more than 90 USD, unless they changed that last year then maybe, I won't know since I installed a NILESAT dish and got my Al-Jazeera card, and I was surprised it was available locally...

Best Arabic commentator is Faris Awad by far,dont know if he's the best in the world though.He's a bit inconsistent,but his commentating in the Liverpool vs City match is the best I've ever seen.Check it out.
