A way to make the non-logged in users see that the chat is turned on?
Currently, when the chat is turned on only logged in users can see it. It'd be cool if for non-logged in users and lurkers there'd be a line that says something along the lines of "The chat is currently turned on to comment on ongoing games, log in to see it".
