Not necessarily with your NUFC players, but if theres a debate between X vs Y you always put down the player you don't like and exaggerate the gap between the two as a method of supporting the player you prefer

I'm fairly certain every "pet peeve" Mole has listed are tactics he regularly employs. I had assumed it was all meant as a joke; but now I'm not so sure.

1 - people who say "contact = foul/fk/pen". awfully embarrassing opinion to have and one of the reasons why many people outside of football look down on it
2 - i dislike when people justify douchey behaviour of football players for whatever lame reasons they usually are
3 - in a way i dislike die-hard supporters/ultras. in principle they're great but those fans usually turn abusive/violent so they suck. that's taking being a fan to a delusional level

I hate when phisicality is underestimated in football.. Like barcelona is the best only because of passing, technical, vision etc. and don't see how they run/press.

When the football vs. football debates break out. When American football fans generally say, "soccer is ****in LAME and boring and played by a bunch of sissy diving girls"... which leads to another football fan saying "well.. the NFL is boring, and pointless and played by a bunch of fat pad wearing wimps!!" etc.. and it goes on and on almost any time football is mentioned in my area.

Both sports are awesome, I wish we could just leave it at that.

I just hate it when some Real Madrid fan's after a loss they want heads to be cut. Like: "FIRE MOURINHO HE IS USELESS", "RONALDO SUX SELL HIM". And a week after Real Madrid puts a fine performance and you see the same guys posting on forums/fb: "VIVA RONALDO" "SPECIAL ONE".

BTW, my pet hate is that GKs and defenders practically never get even considered for "Best Player" anywhere. That honour always goes to attacking players who score many goals. *sulk*
