Durum means a roll and is a general word not specific food name. The food in my photo actually is called "doner". There is also "lavash doner". Pakistan people has similar food called "Shawrma"
"Kebab" is a whole different thing. Its actually a barbecue. There is also "Lule kebab" "kufte kebab" "basdirma"

On the other hand, in my favourite Turkiish food shop, they sell a package of yufka flatbread just under the name of "dürüm", too, so that term probably got attached to the bread itself, too, as it is used to wrap stuff:

In Germany its possible but in turkish language durum is not attached to bread.durum is like something wrapped to something in a cylinder shape. Durum is a roll, wrap. Durumlemek means wrapping, rolling. That thing in the photo is actually a yufka.
Its possible in germany they change names to make it easy for people scratch
