Gago can play DM quite decently. Biglia is another option. Banega could do it, but I prefer him having more freedom to play in some sexy passes.

I prefer Garay and Masherano, they suit each other more.

You would like one of your centerbacks to be over 6 feet and now Garay is doing so well for Benfica, it may be time.

I also think Garay is better on the ball.

Banega isnt really a pure DM,neither is Gago...i think the defense will struggle overall when taking Mascherano out of the midfield,any good creative AM would boss.You guys will have to rely a lot on attackers tracking back.dont know this Bigilia guy.
