Re: Gareth Bale uncertain on his Tottenham future
I find it odd that people think he can play left back or left wing back. Bale is not a good defender at all, unlike Dani Alves, and the reason he's done so well in the last season and a half is because he's been absolved of all defensive duties.
He's a left winger, pure and simple, and devastating on form, but also predictable and slightly one dimensional. He will not be worth the price that Spurs will inevitably put on him.

In Spain he would fail so badly as a Left Winger it's not even funny.

Alaba >>>>>>>>>>>>> Bale
The only interesting guy I want to see out of Spurs is Modric.

he doesn't even play as a winger anymore. since he thinks he's world class now so he drifts into the center the whole game. False LW

Then we can safely conclude that Gareth Bale would not do well in Spain, regarldess of the position.

Everyone has a massive fetish with Bale play left wing back fact is he's so lazy and can't tackle.
Bye Gareth Failure if he stayed on the left we would of scored more goals so dont pipe up now.

You know, I think Bale could do well in Bayern Munich. Ribery isn't getting any younger plus they haven't got much depth in the winger department, right?
I quite don't see Bale in Italy or Spain. Manc City might always make an offer.

Only see him going to City, he will fail there, just like anywhere else he would go.
Best for him to stay put IMO.

More Spurs uncertainty = more under par performances = only Chelsea to deal with.

Re: Gareth Bale uncertain on his Tottenham future
Maybe Bayern need a backup to Alaba? Trololol.
Wait, I wanted to make a bad joke, but he would actually be a great rotational player for them, with being able to take over for Ribéry as well and whatnot...
Anyway, wouldn't Bale fit nicely into Arsenal?

Re: Gareth Bale uncertain on his Tottenham future
Realistically only a few clubs can afford him anyway. So either he stays, or Chelski, Barca, Real, Milan and the like whip out their financial schlongs and start counting the benjamins.

It quite frankly will tbh, the only positive i have is so far this season we have reacted well to heavy defeats....
When we lost 5-0 to Spurs, we went on a run of 1 defeat in 10 games and that was a 94th minute goal from Vermealen.....
I expect us to perform well, but whether it will be enough to get the draw or win we need i have doubts.
As for Bale, Spurs accountants must be chuckling to themseleves due to the hype no matter what he goes for it will most likely will be more than double what he's actually worth

Re: Gareth Bale uncertain on his Tottenham future
Bale has no where near the brain to be like Ribéry. He's also inconsistent as frack.VivaStPauli wrote:Maybe Bayern need a backup to Alaba? Trololol.

Would not want him at Bayern.
The Ribéry replacement is in Shaqiri . But even if not, for 40m or whatever silly price they get for him I'd go for Hazard who's the real thing.

LOOOL. Have you seen Bale defensively? When he actually played left back I mean.Gomez83 wrote:He has been linked to them apparently as a new LB.animal.crackers wrote:Why would he go to Barcelona
Barcelona are trying to solve their defensive issues, not aggravate them.

Re: Gareth Bale uncertain on his Tottenham future
I'm not at all for Bale coming to Barcelona I'm aware he sucks at defense which is more reason why I wish the rumors are not true, and you cannot assume it was Barcelona who started the rumors, maybe Dani Alvesanimal.crackers wrote:LOOOL. I really don't see Bale in Barcelona.
Dunno if either of Manc clubs need him.

Levy offering Bale a £70,000-a-week deal to keep him at Spurs.
