Nah he was really an average player there, now he's almost twice the player he was.

This season, England actually had 4 EL spots. :coffee:

(Stoke, Fulham, Tottenham, Birmingham all were in the EL)

What does one mean by "top" because I really can't see how they are as good as the usual "top" European teams. Anyway, despite really not liking anything Atletico, they have 2 European trophies in 3 years, that is more than what the "top" European teams have.

And Surag's comment about Spanish sides being overrated is similar to how I felt about Italian teams that don't have Milan or Juventus in their names. That is, it's not they are overrated, it's more to do with being over hyped which Athletic was to be honest...

they have a different coach now, also Missi had to use the biggest unsportsmanship way of scoring the winner against them when they recently met
