I dont know when will people understand that Cassano is not a TQ.

He is a forward with poor work rate..He just doesnt fit at AM especially in Allegri's system.

Doesn't have the intelligence or patience for it.

When you put a player in a central position like that he needs to be more than just a physical ball winner like Lass is. He needs discipline and Intelligence, and needs to be able to recycle possession, distribute in conjunction with CB's.

Lass will tank hard in that regard.

If you let him play on the right he can have a Marchisio like inluence , he plays better in channels than with freedom, he'll get up and down the right, give hell to opposing wingers and midfielders, and I expect Nocerino on the other end to do the same for balance.

Most of all he will actually offer something in attack from there, in a similar fashion to Eboue when he was played at RCM for Arsenal.

I just don't see as a lone DM or a central DM at all.

Maybe in a pivot.

i think he would be great as a lone DM tbh, the reason for him not working besides Xabi is because they get into eachothers way, and it results in Lass having to attack while Xabi defends.... when it should be the other way round

Also Serie A referees aren't LaLiga referees i am sure he would get away with some of his lungs lol

And plus josh, he was used properly under Ramos and you saw his impact, i have gathered enough evidence to suggest that Mou is the one who have made players that play in our team do things that they do(famous for), like for example Lass and his headless chicken, DiMaria and his dribble too much, Pepe and his hoofing(didnt even do it once for Portugal while he does it regularly every game for Real), Ronaldo and his shooting, and Epep-Ramos and their retardness i can go on, these guy show their true colours when playing for their NT its like a completely different face of theirs

i know its only Youtube but check this out, the guy is a beast when he doesn't get an early yellow that forces him to just run alongside a player rather than get the ball of him

Apparently Lass is out first choice for the regista position, if we don't get him then we have an agreement with Luca Cigarini. I'd actually prefer Cigarini is thought to be the next Andrea Pirlo, and has a very similar style

we will probably not get cigarini , atleast this season because milannews.it reported that napoli and atalanta has sealed agreement for another season long loan deal for him with rights to buy him by the end of next season.
i hope though milan can get him at some point if not this season, but if we could get him earlier it would have been nice because he is clearly the type of player we need atm.

well mourinho highly rates xabi alonso and player himself is loving his life at madrid so , i dont think it would happen. not trying to be pessimistic but why is milan targetting the impossibilities lol. plus lot of money will be wasted in transfer fee and salary for xabi alonso anyway.

hahaha i think he is trying to make real madrid pay every penny of making him stay in bench and not letting him pay. i dont think is much concerned otherwise he would have left earlier.
