What do all the ranks do apart from allowing you to hand promotions out to other members of the crew?

Also why would anyone want to be any of the lower ranks?

In-game it all contributes and you all work towards different goals and stuff

As for 'not wanting to be lower down' well you can do your best and get promoted and work your way up or u can start ur own crew which may end up having like 3 people in it which gives u 0 power anyway.

Is there like a specific list of things each rank does? All the sites I've searched the ranks up just say a sentence or two saying how you can hand promotions out to the crew etc.

Tbh MT if you want to be higher i don't mind giving up my spot for you lol.

Nope because the online isn't even ready yet. Right now it's just an add-on if you have max payne 3 and a way of preparing early for GTA. So everything you're looking for won't exist until september/october

U can have as many in each position as u want. Providing it's lower than the overall cap

Ideally in my crew I only want 2 Commisioners. No point having 3 people (excluding myself) watching over the others.


You can be my other right hand mt, if you're any good at GTA or are familiar with it. Otherwise if I had a No.2 who was doing far less than the 'muscle' they'd get pissed. Not so much us, but outsiders. Which ruins the crew.

Also is it possible to free roam on your own like RDR and then rejoin the crew like joining posse's?

I don't remember RDR's online that well but yeah, I believe so

Yh you're not bound to your crew. Hell, we could have Xbox ppl in our crew if we wanted to (Not that we will )

But everything you do will go towards our crew. And You can select the type of crew u want, I selected soldiers. I want Teamwork. As opposed to other shit.

P.S if you want to rise up the ranks, I heard there's a direct link between beard length and status.
