Hell-of-a-tiny budget then. But on the otherhand, why we would need a LB? Also, I would like to see more Italians, not some random Brazilians. Or French in this case.

In terms of summer spending, we seem to be desperate for European football and benefits it offers.

despite the fact that these days stadiums are mainly handled financially by the third party but i expected the transfer budget to dry up , other than that stek clearly doesn't like sitting on bench and maybe its not just about transfer fee , they might be evaluating the possibility of better transfer

I personally like Caceres....got a real bad rap at Barca and has been pretty good for Juve as well when given a chance.

We could definitely use his versatility at the back.

Been hearing that we're in for John Heitinga of Everton as well.

He's also pretty versatile, but not a top class defender by any stretch.

Roma have won the race to sign promising Bari youngster Nicola Bellomo, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Giallorossi have reached an agreement with the Stadio San Nicola outfit which will see them net a half-share in the attacking midfielder.

Roma have agreed to pay €2m to the Serie B side for 50 per cent of the Italian’s contract.

Bellomo, tied to his present club until June 2014, will remain at Bari and then move to the capital in the summer.

The almost 22-year-old was also understood to be on the transfer radar of Inter and Milan.
