That's a pretty good list.
Only minor quibble I have with it is maybe test some different right backs. Dani Alves doesn't play anything close to what he does at Barcelona.

You could try Rafinha, though he never reached his Schalke form again

Romário said Brazil's FA previous and current boards are ruining football as Sport's president confirmed they paid the Brazil's FA to call up Leomar in 2000.
oh and Lucas suffered a terrible ankle injury today.. seems serious from the videos I've seen.. I think its safe to say we'll see Hulk start in our next two friendlies. smh

That's really too bad about Lucas. I was and still am hoping that he matures and takes over the right wing. How long is he out for?
As for the CBF being paid to call up players, that shit is obvious. Even back then everyone knew there was something going on with Luxemburgo. The sheer number of different players he "tried out" was unbelievable. Afterwards, Leao did the same thing. I remember his confederation cup squad consisted of only home based players even though everyone was available. He gave some BS excuse but nobody took it seriously.

FOGAO!!!
Btw, I think the Rio state championship format is incredibly stupid. All Vasco had to do today was draw and they'd be champions. That would be extremely anticlimactic. If you're going with a playoff system then do a proper one.

I haven't paid much attention to the State Cups.. its pointless,, outdated,, and irrelevant.
but I mean, also my teams in the Copa Libertadores, so theres that too. Its nice to see all the small teams win something once in a while seeing as I doubt teams like Vasco and Botagofo will be competing to win the Brasileirao.
Yes, I'm hating lol

CBF wants to reduce the amount of dates assigned to the state leagues from 23 to 14 in 2014.
I hope it happens, but the state FAs aren't too happy.

Why did Cruzeiro ever let Fidel Martinez go?? This kid looks better than any player currently suiting up for that now-mediocre side.

Paulinho has been cut (injury) and both D. Luiz and D. Costa were hurt today but will be evaluated later. Adriano, who wasn't called up this time, also was injured and will be out for a while.
It's too bad about Adriano. He looks like is very injury prone. I also hope Paulinho recovers quickly.

Jorginho is the new manager of Flamengo.
The same one that used to be Dunga's assistant.
Elite, I think you mean Thiago Silva.
