Everything Forehead does in the final third is pure luck, the guy has no clue. He can't shoot, can't cross, his touch and his passing is so sloppy. Show him down his left peg and he will look clueless all game. Waste of talent has good pace and dribbling but doesn't know how to use it. Such a shame

To think he was complaining about game time. (maybe that was a rumour but who cares, just love to blame him )

The first goal was completely his fault, with Merte's positioning also in question.

I know Ramsey has his flaws but he can do the basics and he is still young, Gervinho on the hand. The guy is like 25 yet technically he is severely lacking

I thought Ramseydid alright. Atleast what was asked of him. Gervinho just ugggh ... I dont understand Why Arshavin is not given any playing time.

Andre Santos represents everything that "Panic buy" stands for. Traore and Clichy moved on, Gibbs was first-team LB and we needed someone to come in and be a back-up.

Santos happened to be available for £6m in the last few days of the window and we snapped him up quickly. Whilst Arteta and Mertesacker were also bought in similar circumstances, Santos certainly falls int the Park category.

I lost count of the number of times Farfan went past him. It was assassination down that right flank for Schalke. Santos was humiliated.

Quite obviously one of those rare panic buys from Arsene.

Santos was always touted to be an attacking fullback yet simply he is off Benoit Essou Ekotto mould who cannot defend and offers very little dimension in attack aside form his occasional stopovers and...

Being the typical Brazilian he is you don't expect him to have the work ethic nor the eventual adaptation to his game to eventually suit Wenger's system as I am puzzled to why such an average player continues to ply his trade on the squad.

I cannot go on defending Santos any more as especially after his "put your foot out to defend" technique.

His attack was his saving grace yet he has lost that dimension as well.

With rumours linking Santos with a move back to Turkey in January, I sense he could be allowed to move on, if he really wants it. But the problem is, is there a left-back around at the minute, to come in and compete with Gibbs for the first-team place or even sit on the bench? I can't think of many.

I'm not talking about Southampton's Luke Shaw either.

Let him stay till the summer, there is not going to an abundance of quality left backs available in January so selling him during that period is wrong. if a left back comes in he is going to have to be better than Gibbs in order to provide tougher competition. No more second quality signings. It time to build a team capable of challenging for the title.

Santos is a poor man's left-sided version of Eboue. I'll admit I thought Santos was decent last season before his injury, so maybe he can still surprise us, but yeah atm maybe we should look elsewhere. I remember Conor Henderson playing LB in preseason last year before his injury, although he has primarily developed offensively since that time, so Wenger will have to find a left-sided Jenkinson somewhere.

In the meantime, we could try playing Vermaelen there when Gibbs is out, but that's definitely not a long-term solution.

I dont know where all the hate coming from? Wenger should know better, why the *bleep* do players keep starting game after where they go missing. Why does Santos, Ramsey, Gervinho start for us?

Tbf Santos was decent till his injury against olympiakos. It's the same case as Djourou, who was amazing but then got injured against man united and lost all the form

Ramsey did okay according to me. Gervinho, Manone & Santos were sh*t yesterday. Manone didnt have anything to do all match but when he did he wasnt that impressive. He almost gave away penalty when he tripped Afellay down.

Don't know where Santos got this lone ranger gimmick from, but it has to stop. When you're that shit defensively, you shouldn't be bombing forward, exposing yourself and exacerbating an already shit situation further

He does that every game, Wenger should tell him stop and if he wont dont play him. This what happens when the team needs help and Wenger ask Santos to help out imo.

Wenger sends game after game certain players to improve at the cost of Arsenal. If a player is not good enouph to start, he should never start.

Don't think it's down to age Emaharg.

Players like Dani Alves,Capdevilla(a few years back),Zanetti,Maldini,Cole even Neville were decent or in some cases great in attack, yet still proved defensively capable when called upon in their 30's.

Now I'm not comparing Fish 'n' Chips (that's his new nickname) to legends of the game, but without doubt, he's just shat. No excuses. And this guy used to play for Brazil.
