Italians among top paid Coaches
There are seven Italians in the list of the 30 top paid Coaches in the world, including Carlo Ancelotti, Fabio Capello and Antonio Conte.
Jose Mourinho came out on top with his €15.3m wages at Real Madrid, followed by Ancelotti at Paris Saint-Germain on €13.5m.
The second Italian in the top three is Marcello Lippi on €10m per season at Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande.
Capello is the top-earning international manager in the world thanks to his €7.8m wages in Russia.
The other Italians in the list are Manchester City’s Roberto Mancini, Zenit boss Luciano Spalletti, Juventus manager Conte and Italy Coach Cesare Prandelli.

I believe one of the reasons for this is that the Italian's tactic is the one of the most adaptable to different footballing cultures. It doesn't need to have specific type of players to play well, for example, the current Barca/Spanish style of play requires highly technical players while the English style of play requires big and tall forwards and defenders to work.
I also think it is no coincidence that the top managers from Italy are usually former players who starred for their country or their respective teams. Which means that players in general received good tactical upbringing and the best players are usually the ones who learn the quickest, which leads to a managerial career if they choose to go in that direction.
