hmm great manager but i think he needs good players to be able to do his job and i don't think he is that good at managing the team with youngsters and introducing new faces to football (some one always will say he did that at Porto , THE answer is i mean after his career at Porto) :coffee:

How were they introduced by Mou? They were all bought because they were good players. Oezil and Khedira introduced themselves with the German National team. They were excellent in the World Cup.

Marcelo was in the first 11 even before Mou showed up at Madrid.
